Did respond and offer a refund but did take no responsibility for the report/issues picked up post inspection."

The Admin side of the business was a little less helpful (rushed me whilst not being rushed, claiming they'd sent me an invoice when they hadn't), and their quoted prices don't include GST, which in Australia is pretty misleading (but I can't say this doesn't happen elsewhere in the industry). Overall though, given the inspection itself seemed helpful in the selection of my property - which is the most important part..!"
